- Yes, all of our silver is sterling silver.

- No. However, if you do not have a silver chain, we do offer sterling silver chains in various sizes that you may add to your order for $6.
>> top of page - What do I get when I order a crystal?
- You get a crystal that has been cleansed, energetically charged, consecrated, and programmed. You also receive a mini note stating what your crystal has been programmed to do.

- All of our crystals are programmed by the founder of Power Treasures, Master Healer, Jaycee. Jaycee is not only a Reiki Master in six different traditions, but also practices different energy healing modalities such Rising Star, Pranic Healing, and is an Advanced Integrated Energy Therapist. - Yes. Just let us know in the box provided during check out. Please review the benefits of the crystal you have chosen and let us know on what particular aspect you would like the crystal focused.

- Of course. Just let us know during the check out process so we can write the correct name into the mini card that accompanies the crystal or so that we can leave it blank for you to fill out on your own.
>> top of page - If my crystal comes already cleansed, will I have to cleanse it again when it gets here?
- Yes. While your crystal has already been thoroughly cleansed, it may absorb negative energy during the delivery process. So the first thing you should do when you receive your crystal is run it under running tap water while intending for any negative energy to wash off.
>> top of page - How often should I cleanse my crystal?
- You should cleanse it any time you feel it is heavy and at least once a month. You should also wash your crystal anytime another person touches it because crystals are personal objects.
>> top of page - How do I cleanse my crystal?
- There are many ways to cleanse crystals. We recommend that you place your crystal under running tap water while intending for any negative energy to wash off, however there are many effective options you may explore.
>> top of page - Is there anyone who shouldn’t wear crystals?
- Yes. While crystals are wonderful healing tools to improve your life, it has been observed through energy research that crystals may not be compatible with certain ailments. For this reason, small children and individuals with the following conditions are advised not to use crystals: hypertension, severe heart disease, cancer or tumor, and women experiencing complicated pregnancies.

- Yes. The individuals with the above listed conditions are advised to not wear the crystals themselves.
>> top of page - What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept credit cards, Paypal, and money orders. If you choose the credit card option during the check out process, you will be re-directed to Paypal's secure server to pay through Paypal. Please note that you do NOT have to sign up for Paypal to pay for your order through Paypal. You may just use their secure server. However, if you do have a Paypal account, you may also use your account to pay for your order. You may also choose to pay by sending us a money order directly after placing your order. Your order will ship once we receive payment.
>> top of page - Can I place an order if I don't have a credit card?
- Yes. You can pay using a money order by clicking on the money order option during the check out process and directly sending us a money order after checking out. Please note that your order will ship after we receive payment.
>> top of page - How soon will I receive my crystal?
- Since your crystal has to be cleansed, charged, consecrated, and programmed, it usually ships 2-3 business days after you place your order. We normally ship using Priority mail, which takes 2-3 days to arrive within the United States, but do offer an Express mail (overnight) option for domestic orders. If your order is time sensitive and you need it overnight, please contact us directly to insure we will be able to prepare your crystal in time to ship overnight.

- Yes. You have 10 days to fully inspect your crystal. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your pendant, please return it within 10 days for a full refund of your purchase price.

- What are chakras?
- Chakras are major energy centers in your energy body or aura. They are energy vortices that draw in energy. Each chakra affects different organs and psychological functions. The condition of your chakras affect your behavior and your behavior affects the condition of your chakras. Healthy and balanced chakras help maintain health and well-being on a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual level.

There is a plethora of information online on energy healing and on many energy healing modalities. For those who would like to learn more about energy healing, we would like to provide a few of video clips.
